Here it is, Porsche 911 GT3 RS at Autosport International 2016 (NEC, Birmingham). It is one of the most rare Porsche 911’s to spot, however, once you have seen one you will never forget it!
It is nearly impossible to confuse the Porsche 911 GT3 RS with other models as none of the others have these incredible fenders.
The front fenders not only provide a huge downforce on the front-axle, but also emerge with a unique design identity (350kg downforce at 300kph). This downforce is not only generated by the front fenders, the massive rear wings also play an important role on the handling.
Porsche did not include that massive rear wing for nothing!
It is only available with 7-speed double clutch PDK. 4-lt petrol engine produces 500 HP at 8,250 rpm! Acceleration from 0 – 100 km/h (0 – 62 mph) is only 3.3 secs! Top speed is 310 km/h (193 mph).
