Agent Provocateur Fashion Show in London 2012: Full Video

Agent Provocateur Fashion Show in London, in my previous post I uploaded the photos from the show but I could not find any video of the fashion show.
And now Agent Provocateur Fashion Show is finally on the YouTube, it is not recorded by someone and uploaded to a random channel. Hopefully, Agent Provocateur PR team is well engaged with YouTube and they uploaded the professionally recorded version of the fashion show to their official YouTube channel.

Agent Provocateur London Fashion Show, Twitter Photos!

Agent Provocateur, the luxury lingerie brand. Many people never heard of it, and anyone every passed in front their store never forgets it. Agent Provocateur is a bit contradicting brand, it is not like Victoria’s Secret that everyone is aware of their brand. Agent Provocateur is a bit like the car brand Koenigsegg. Many people never heard of Koenigsegg, but they will never forget when they see one.
Anyway, last night in London it was the Agent Provocateur’s Fashion Show. I guess you may imagine their collection I should not write in here :) During the show Agent Provocateur’s official Twitter account upload photo live. So we had opportunity to see the show from our mobile phones. And I did a very hard and tiring task to find and collect all photos and upload to my blog, just for you :)

A Ferrari for everything

Last week’s biggest thing was the Ferrari FF. The four-wheel drive, Ferrari! That’s true, Ferrari also involved with four-wheel drive fashion and they made a four-wheel drive Ferrari. This car is planned to be a replacement for Ferrari 612 (four seater) model.
This new all-terrain Ferrari has V12 engine which has 660 Italian horses inside :) And offers Ruote Motrici which is four-wheel drive system branded by Ferrari. And also it has carbon ceramic brakes, magnetic dampers and other common Ferrari things.
However this model offers something really interesting! Huge boot! This boot is so big, Ferrari FF can be offered as a commercial vehicle also. 450lt of empty space in a Ferrari and with rear seats down it is 800lt. I would like concentrate on two thing “rear seats down” and “Ferrari”. I have nothing to say, really nothing to comment on this. Ferrari’s customers feedback to Maranello, give us more space for boot! And my answer, go to a Mercedes dealer and order an E63 AMG Estate! For people who have no idea about boot space and sports car, I can give one explanation. Expecting a boot space in a Ferrari is like expecting to use Agent Provocateur underwear for gym! The same mentality.
Actually things are getting nastier with the design. This odd looking Ferrari reminded me one thing from the past. BMW Z3 Coupe! A car accidently designed to be a sports car. They really look the same. A weird coupe estate sport car! Do the judgement by yourself :)

Push-up bra for Range Rover

Range Rover again, nowadays it became the most popular car brand on earth. With the help of Evoque, all media gave a respectful space for Range Rover. However they have missed something. While media was busy with Evoque, Range Rover also announced the revised Range Rover for next year.
They are improvements on interior quality, revised electronic, increased luxury and comfort and etc. Also they replaced their 3,6lt V8 diesel engine with 4,4lt V8 diesel engine! Yes, while everyone is downsizing Land Rover decided to upsizing. I don’t know is there a word existing as upsizing. But Land Rover did something really good!
When I first drove the Range Rover 3,6lt diesel, I felt the lack of second turbo. Firstly turbo is the most important thing for diesel engine. Without turbo, diesel means nothing! And if you have a huge car and huge engine, you should have twin turbo to keep car moving seamlessly. But the previous engine did not have the second turbo and it was a bit annoying. I told this many times, even in here. And I think Land Rover understood my emotions about the second turbo.
And now, Range Rover has its push-up bra, twin turbo powered engine. This new 4,4lt diesel engine has two turbo and this means, it will be moving unbelievably fast for something which is less heavier than the moon. It has 310 horsepower and 700 nm torque. 700 nm torque means, it is too much for any type of passenger vehicle :) Also Range Rover is coupled with new 8 speed auto transmission and rotary gear knob which was made to reduce costs and share parts with Jaguar.
Last time, I drove the Range Rover the traction control was letting too much wheel spin which was not happening with Mercedes M Class. As far as I see from their press release, the revised traction system is more emotional and will not tolerate too much wheel spin. The last thing which annoyed me with Range Rover was the nose diving while braking. This was mentioned by many people due to heavy engine. Unless the chassis is revised, this problem cannot be removed. Anyway who really cares :) Now Range Rover is powered by push-up turbo diesel engine.
I really like everything except the front bumper, as Clarkson mentioned this new face lifted Range Rover is not as good looking as the pre face lifted model. I totally agree with him. This new front is not that good! Anyway, if you have lots of money buy one and try it :)

Agent Provocateur, Gucci, Dior and Nürburgring

When you look at an advertisement on magazine with great looking people you dive into a different world. Agent Provocateur lingerie with charming girls motivates to buy them and that advertisement gives the impression of “you will look like this” or Gucci advertisement with great looking man in a great looking suit gives the same message, Dior, Channel, Paul Smith and so on. The function of advertisement is very clear, give a message and motivate consumption, we all know this and we love to ignore it :)
What about the German town Nürburg? Nürburgring is the longest and toughest race track on earth. You could spot any kind of prototype is driven by its limits. This circuit is a open laboratory for automotive world. As its reputation grow day by day and the power of word-of-mouth, it turn into a dream for anyone who loves cars. Porsche, Nissan, Ferrari, Renault, Ford announcing their new records for their sports car. And always the circuit lap time is going down and down and down and down. Actually in order to understand what does that new time means, you should study one year for every kind of lap time :)
When you buy the car with that superb lap time, you think that you can do it with you novice driving skill. Of course no ! One of the other ugly truth of cars. Unless your name is Schumacher or you are a former F1 driver, that lap time could happen in your dreams.
Like fashion advertisements, what you see is just dream :) We just buy a dream to live with it, so lets enjoy it ;)
