Fashion brand Tom Ford is very well-known for its high quality and expensive pricing strategy. And recently I spotted a pair slippers in Tom Ford’s latest collection. There is nothing wrong with the slippers except their price tag, $6520! And makes the Chesterfield Tiger Velvet Jacquard Evening  Slippers the most expensive pair of men slippers!

If I see this price tag on a women slipper, I wouldn’t be surprised but it was a bit shocking when I saw on men collection.

Tom Ford flat sandals for $1100. I assume these are the most expensive flat shoes you can ever find. Tom Ford is really well-known for its very high pricing strategy. Since, it was found the product range was way above its competitors. For some people, the price of a Tom Ford is senseless but for some people it does worth it.

Probably, the premium pricing strategy of Tom Ford positions the brand into a very unique segment. Tom Ford can be purchased by a very limited amount of people and you cannot spot them like other brands on the street. Personally, I respect the pricing strategy of Tom Ford, it makes the brand unique and prevents the brand to be over popular.

Thus, $1100 for a flat sandals still too much but if you are looking for something that is not very popular and unique, Tom Ford is the right place to shop.

Can New Range Rover Do Off Road?

New Range Rover, the poshest SUV on market; resemble to expensive pair of high heels or bespoke handbag or tailored suit. Unfortunately, Range Rover lost its bad boy look and became a part of popular culture; shinny and fragile. When you first the see the new Range Rover, you never think it has the ability to do any type of off road.

New Range Rover gives the impression of drive on street of Mayfair, London with Tom Ford shoes and Louis Vuitton bag on the rear seats. And unfortunately, most of the people does this!

So the perception of Range Rover moved from real tough off road vehicle to real tough posing vehicle. However, this is not the truth. Underneath this fragile and post vehicle, a serious off road vehicle is lying.

And here is the proof from Land Rover USA! New Range Rover off road event in Utah. Keep in mind these Range Rovers are petrol powered and cannot provide the torque at the low-end, which helps in off road a lot. And tyres do not seem to be all terrain friendly.

Tom Ford, one of the most influential fashion designers of this era. Unlike other fashion designers Tom Ford has the ability to think from financial perspective whilst designing the collection. Thus, Tom created his own empire, Tom Ford.

Before his own brand, Tom Ford worked in Gucci and YvesSaint Laurent. And Tom Ford improved both of these brands business strategies and market shares. No one can deny Tom Ford’s business success in Gucci.

After Tom Ford revealed his own fashion brand, he started advertisement campaigns. However, these campaigns are not like ordinary ones. Each of the Tom Ford advertisement includes some sexual content catch your attention all of a sudden. And I uploaded some of the Tom Ford’s advertisements, I know there are more but I couldn’t find them.

Brabus Mercedes vs. Price Tag

Brabus, German modification company specialised with Mercedes cars. It is really hard to spot one on the streets, they are very expensive and many people reluctant to pay that amount of money for a modified Mercedes. However, there is a compensation for that price tag! They are fast cars! Even an AMG seems to be slow when it is compared with a Brabus.
Recently, Brabus announced the world’s fastest four-seat cabrio. It is capable of doing 370kph or 231 mph. And accelerates to 100 kph (60 mph) in 3,7 seconds with 800 hp and 1047 nm torque powered engine. These figures are really impressive like its price tag, £421.000 still for a Mercedes. That is the only problem Brabus forgot to resolve.
For this amount of money, you may buy a house, couple of Bentleys, Ferraris, Porsches or Aston Martins. Think of any super car and think again with plural word form. Brabus is overpriced like a Tom Ford sweater. It offers a very high quality fabric with respectful design but in the end, that’s a sweater. Like Brabus, whatever it offers, in the end that’s a Mercedes. That’s why, you don’t see them that much.
