Muji brand is focused minimalist design, recycling, and no-logo or “no-brand” strategy. You could find different varities of products without any brand. This is a way of avoiding brands.
As they produce lots of different things, why they don’t produce basic cars with no brand. I am sure that some people would definitely buy. Because, there are worse cars on sale and people are buying it ;)
