28.5-lt Four-Cylinder Fiat Engine Started After 100 Years

28.5-lt petrol engine, this idea sounds extremely crazy for nowadays. However, it wasn’t like that one-hundred years ago, when Fiat S76 tried to break a speed record in 1910! The 28.5 four-cylinder Fiat engine was developing 300 HP, which can be produced from a 1-lt engine at the moment but in 1910, the internal combustion engine’s alternative was the horse! So, 300 HP was something like 30,000 HP for our time.
Fiat S76 achieved 186 km/h in 1910 with 28.5-lt engine and now it is rebuilt again! Just listen the engine! You will see this engine next year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed show!
