Citroen had one of the best stand in CV Show 2012 in Birmingham. They have designed the stand with an airport concept! The taxi way, grass, parking spaces and hostesses were perfect!

Stunning British and Irish pop music group, The Saturdays (Frankie, Mollie, Vanessa, Rochelle and Una) will reveal their new single, 30 Days, on May 13. Before that, they released video clip! So, why I am telling this? This is not a music blog and you may think, nothing can be related with cars. Actually, new Citroen DS4 took place in the video clip and it caught my interest. Unfortunately, I never listened any album of The Saturdays! Thanks to Citroën, this is the first time :)

Porsche Design Hard Drive
After buying your kitchen, pen, shoes, t-shirt, coat, perfume, knife, coffee machine, toaster and missing a Porsche Design external hard drive. Here it is!
I found the coolest and best-looking external hard drive ever made. It is from Porsche Design. Sounds a bit unusual but Porsche Design also offer external hard drives.
This external hard drive offers 500 GB disk space and that’s all for technical information. It is designed by Porsche Design and it looks amazing! I really don’t care about its USB connectivity or transfer rate or anything else. It is a must have product from Porsche Design. Because, it is one of their best design. Even if you don’t need any external hard drive, the design would definitely provokes you to buy one!
Honestly, I don’t think that it will be a different experience for an external hard drive but if you will buy one, just consider the Porsche ;)
By the way, it is manufactured by Lacie. I really don’t know anything about this firm but as they are sold in respectful technology stores, you may trust them.
This one is 2,5 inch but you can have bigger space and bigger size!

I think there is no one on this planet who does not know that Ferrari sells millions of product with it badge on them and charging lots of money. And people like me go and but the! We know the trick but Ferrari knows how to play the game.
Nearly for six years Ferrari offers watches in their stores. Usually they have a very cheap mechanism and they cannot be considered the as a good watch! I know, because I have one and broke down twice. Hopefully it is does not have the Ferrari DNA, in terms of servicing. Because, the mechanism is extremely cheap. There is no need to worry!!
Ferrari did not stop selling this type of watches but finally they revealed the Panerai series of watches. For those of who don’t know the Panerai, it is one of the best watch manucfacturer place in Switzerland and they offer automatic mechanisms in their watches. This means, the watches are product of high engineering, unlike battery powered watches they have a very complicated system and you don’t need to replace their battery. Therefore, they are more respected in terms of watch business!!! As they have a very intensive manufacturing process, their prices are not similar to battery powered quartz watches.
This new series priced around 5000 €, which is very expensive for many of us but in terms of watch world, they have a normal and may be cheaper!! Actually, Panerai is not a cheap brand and they are very expensive in dealers as they add lots of profit. If you planning to buy a state of art watch, just buy from Ferrari store, it would be the best option.

Achtung! Google
Google’s driverless car became very popular news in everywhere but nobody mentioned the threat! I am not a computer engineer but I do know that; whatever Google works on something, it mostly ends up with success. GMail, Google Earth, GoogleDocs, Google Translate, Android operation system and many other products. And with each product Google becomes a major competitor and sometimes removes some of its competitors, like Nokia vs. iPhone. Nowadays it is Google Android vs. iPhone!
Google Driverless car might seem a testing or project from Silicon Valley guys but this is an important threat to automotive firms especially Bosch and Siemens. These two companies are the manufacturers of engine control units. What is engine control management? Basically, that is everything for your car. It controls engine and its unit also it communicates with other modules like traction control, stability control, radar guided cruise control, automatic breaking system, electric need of the other modules and components. Basically it is the core of the car! And Google’s car is planning to enter this market. 
Google is very clever, every new car on earth has engine control unit and other components and market is mainly supplied by Bosch and Siemens. And very profitable! However it is extremely hard to enter this business, you cannot assign your Google Earth team to develop automotive software, because it will end up with catastrophe. In automotive dictionary, catastrophe means accidents and destroying the brand reputation. Therefore car companies may not be a very happy to work with a company which have no experience in automotive except Google Street View car!
This does not mean that Google can create its own automotive department and offer Android for your engine! For that reason, Bosch and Siemens should consider this stupid Toyota Prius driven by Google Search Engine! Our lovely brand Google spent time and created a new project for us. As you know that, Google is offering everything free to us! I really don’t know why they have high amount of love towards. However their services are the most sophisticated ones. After one decade, our computers turned into a machine to connect Google, nothing else. Sure, Facebook too! Without Google computer will be a bit useless.
Google realized this fact and they invested on automotive business. And their CEO told something very interesting. His suggested that, if cars were invented after computers there wouldn’t be accidents. The cars would be driven by computers and computers never make mistake! Yes, computers never make mistake. They just destroy everything in couple seconds, and they are very good at this thing. Honestly, Google services working really well when you compare with Microsoft! But still when it goes off, it terribly goes off. 
Based on the Google’s suggestion, computers will be better drivers than us. So, if you are very sure about this interesting statement, why the airplanes are still operated by human !?! Current commercial airplanes have the most sophisticated computers and they nearly make no mistake but there are still pilots! Based on Google’s suggestion everything should be controlled by computers and when the computer crashes everything will crash.Unfortunately I do not agree with this. Even though Google’s driverless Toyota Prius had no incident for 140 000 miles (224 000 KM). And this is a very good result for a car which is driven by chips. However; if this car’s chip misinterpret the environment and go crazy, I cannot imagine the consequences and it would be worse than human mistakes.
My suggestion to Google; they should keep developing this technology but also they should focus on educating the drivers at the same time! Google can open GDrive service to educate drivers about dangerous driving. Instead making interesting statements, Google can both develop driverless car and train people.Pictures’ Copyrights

Recently I checked the statistics for my blog and which keywords were used on search to find my blog. The result was very interesting! This blog has 316 posts and only two of them are generating twenty percentage of the traffic.
So what are these two posts? They are related with cars as you expected but they share one thing in common. Katerina Stikoudi! I know many of you never heard her name. She is a model, TV host and singer and won the title of Miss Greece in 2005.
I never thought that Katerina will be the main subject of my blog and generate a respectful traffic. And the most interesting point, Pamela Anderson and Eva Longoria did not receive traffic like this.And lastly if you are searching with “naked” keyword, I am sorry this is just a car blog!!
Perfumes and cars are not directly related with each other. As the cars tends to make smoke and horrible smell for many years, nobody ever tried to put them together. Until the French car manufacturer, Citroën offered some kind of perfume kit for interior. But I have never seen someone who likes that stuff!
Recently Italian fashion brand Dsquared introduced a new perfume series called Wood. It name is not that attractive like other perfumes and I ignored its advertisement on magazines. When I saw it in stores, I found it interesting! The bottle was covered with wood! Yes, matte wood. If you are interested on cars, you will understand what I am saying. Wood, a real wood looks magnificent inside the car and light wood interior looks much better than carbon fibre. As I saw the wood covered bottle, I tried the tester. Surprisingly, it was smelling better than I expected. Dsquared2 was never in my radar, as it is charging huge amount of prices for their designs. Contrary, the wood covered and has the impression of interior of a luxury car was a great idea.
Actually Porsche Design should have done this earlier with their metal covered perfume bottle, because I never liked it. It has the impression of forgotten car part. And nobody wants to have a bottle which looks like a air filter.
If you are planning to buy a perfume and have a cool looking luxury bottle, try Dsquared Wood. Honestly, it can be purchased just for the bottle also. However if you own a Rolls Royce or Bentley, you can ignore it, because you already have enough wood inside your car :)

Last one year was very hard for US car makers. They lost their kingdom and defeated by Japanese car makers. Everything went very bad for them. US car makers were the king of automotive industry and nearly one hundred years later, they survived only with the help of huge amount credits! A few days ago GM was saying thank you to everyone and this flashed some ideas in my mind.
Of course, US car markers tried their best to be worst :) Hummer, huge petrol sucking V8s, ignoring diesel or any other alternative and designing car which were uglier than anything. Did they change their mentality? Of course no! Still you can find huge SUVs with huge petrol engines, they are not offering some different since one decade. Even last year’s trauma did not make any change. Actually, I am sure that many people in those companies are doing their best to safe their company but the mentality of company does not change in one night!And ten years ago something else came into our life! Google. We did not understand how created a relationship with Google but now our whole life relies on Google. Without we cannot even do very basic stuff :) And Google shares something in common with US car companies! They are in same country, one firm is making fortune, the other one is dying.
So my suggestion, transfer people from Google to car companies in US and let Google guys to do your marketing and product design. They don’t know automotive industry but how worse can it be? Really! You all know automotive industry and we know the story. So, how worse can it get? Actually, Google guys are very good that designing new products and on marketing strategies. Luxury bed for cars: Hästens
Car manufacturers like Rolls Royce, Bentley, Mercedes and other luxury brands are offering various different brands to increase the state of luxury in their vehicles. Mostly they are focused on sound systems! However I have never seen any specific brand for seats. Why seats? Because, driver and passengers are sitting on them all the time. And I did some research and I found out a great brand which can be used in luxury vehicles seats. It is Swedish bed manufacturer Hästens :) Yes, they manufacture bed they don’t have seats but their technology and know-how can be used for making car seat :)
Today’s luxury cars are offering everything for the passengers but I did not see very significant feature for seats, except massage and dynamic contours. By working with Hästens, manufacturers can offer different types of seat for more comfort. And to make more sleepy :) Hopefully there are many technologies to prevent crash nowadays :)
