New Dodge Durango with Maserati Inspiration

New Dodge Durango is coming but inspired by the Maserati GrandTurismo. Durango is one of the toughest SUVs from America. Durango is a bit large for European road but it does quite well with off road and offers relatively large interior space.
However, Dodge is now owned by the Italian car company Fiat. So, Dodge will not be pure American, we will some bits of the Italian passion in upcoming Dodge models.
Recently, Dodge revealed a picture of the new Durango. There is nothing with this, however when I looked at the photo, I realised one thing. Rear lights of the Durango does look like Maserati GranTurismo’s ones! The toughest SUV is not influenced by one of the sexiest car on planet.
I am not surprised from this similarity. Also, it will be beneficial for Dodge to receive some Italian design to compete with European car brands. Durango is a reflection of American SUV market but some people want something more European. In the meantime, Durango will a great harmony of Italian design with American interpretation.
I really looking forward to see the Durango under the Fiat brand.

Car of the Day # 5 Dodge RAM SRT 10

The world’s most pointless vehicle, Dodge RAM SRT 10. It is equipped with 8,3lt engine, which can only produce 517 HP and coupled with six speed manual. I took this picture in 2006 in Ankara, Turkey. This car is totally pointless, lack of quality, eating the every petrol station, very hard clutch, ugly gear lever and more!
