Ferrari FF: My First Ferrari ?

I do know that many people have a serious problem! Especially, the rich ones. Based on my observations, being a rich person is not that easy. When you don’t have money, the opportunities are pretty limited and you have to be satisfied with those limited alternatives. For instance, if you are not rich and live on a limited budget your dream cars are limited also. Let’s take, Ford Fiesta. It is cheap to own, cheap to run and cheap to maintain. But it does not offer four wheel drive or Formula 1 style paddle shift or track mode. And you never complain for the Fiesta’s lack of opportunities!
However, when you become rich you want more of everything. You want a fast car, four wheel drive, Formula 1 paddle shift, race mode, leather, coupe with big boot and this list goes forever. Hopefully, Ferrari revealed the FF model to satisfy the rich people, who cannot be satisfied with any car on planet. Eventually, Ferrari FF is a like an automotive salad. You can find anything with the FF, there are not limitations. 
As the Ferrari FF is the best of everything but will it be your first Ferrari? Will anyone go for Ferrari FF instead of Ferrari 458 or 599 !?! I don’t think so. Ferrari FF is a contemporary interpretation of Ferrari but not enough for being the first Ferrari.

Long Term Test: Ferrari iPhone Sleeve

I just remembered that, I didn’t write anything about my Ferrari iPhone case, which I bought more than one and half years ago from Greece. I started to use this case every day since I bought it. So, it was under heavy usage period! So, I decided to take pictures of the current condition of the Ferrari iPhone case.
Despite it looks old, it is still excellent :)

Bentley Accident in Monaco

I am reporting this a bit late but I couldn’t stop myself writing this. The most stylish car crash happened in Monte Carlo last week. This lady in Bentley Azure gently touched the other cars. As the Azure weighs more than an average house, this gentle touch destroyed couple of cars with reasonable prices!!!
These unfortunate cars are; Porsche 911, Aston Martin Rapide, Mercedes S Class (This is the cheapest one) and a Ferrari F430. Total cost of gentle touch is estimated more than €100,000. This sounds much but all these brands are charging lots of money for repair costs. Unless their owners will take to private workshops, they have to bear this cost. Sorry, the owner of the Bentley’s insurance will bear this cost. Unfortunately, this lady will lose her discount on her insurance!
What can I suggest after this crash? If you have a heavy car, you will always create impressive crashes regardless of the speed.
There is no injury involved with the crash.

Diamond Ferrari Pendant

Ferrari Store is the highest limit of the Ferrari brand.  All over the world and on internet, Ferrari sells everything which has a place for the Ferrari Horse. You can find hundreds of different products with Ferrari logo. Many of them have no connection or related with Ferrari but they are named as Ferrari. Everyone knows this trick but we all buy the Ferrari products!
Time to time Ferrari sells pointless product on their store and expect people to buy them. As far as I understand, some people have no idea of consumption and influenced by the brands. And those people buy anything with Ferrari logo! I hope that I am not that bad :)
In my previous posts, I showed some of the interesting things from Ferrari Store. Bikinis, towels and etc. You can find them on their website very easily (www.ferraristore.com). However, the last thing I found is totally insane. A Ferrari pendant with 104 (1 carat) diamonds and 18 carat gold. Come on Ferrari, who wants to have a Ferrari pendant? Especially a woman! People love Ferrari but this does not change one fact and that is, Ferrari is a car manufacturer. Whatever you offer in Ferrari Store cannot change this fact and wearing a car manufacturer logo as a pendant covered with diamonds is a big challenge. I think for that price, there are some better pendants and they have high competitive advantage :)
I really wish to know the sales performance of this product.

Proper Ferrari Watches

I think there is no one on this planet who does not know that Ferrari sells millions of product with it badge on them and charging lots of money. And people like me go and but the! We know the trick but Ferrari knows how to play the game.

Nearly for six years Ferrari offers watches in their stores. Usually they have a very cheap mechanism and they cannot be considered the as a good watch! I know, because I have one and broke down twice. Hopefully it is does not have the Ferrari DNA, in terms of servicing. Because, the mechanism is extremely cheap. There is no need to worry!!

Ferrari did not stop selling this type of watches but finally they revealed the Panerai series of watches. For those of who don’t know the Panerai, it is one of the best watch manucfacturer place in Switzerland and they offer automatic mechanisms in their watches. This means, the watches are product of high engineering, unlike battery powered watches they have a very complicated system and you don’t need to replace their battery. Therefore, they are more respected in terms of watch business!!! As they have a very intensive manufacturing process, their prices are not similar to battery powered quartz watches.

This new series priced around 5000 €, which is very expensive for many of us but in terms of watch world, they have a normal and may be cheaper!! Actually, Panerai is not a cheap brand and they are very expensive in dealers as they add lots of profit. If you planning to buy a state of art watch, just buy from Ferrari store, it would be the best option.

Ferrari Opus: A book to be insured!

Ferrari, the glamour of speed and wealth. Since it was first found, it was always expensive and fast. You cannot find a Ferrari without these characters. Ferrari is an expensive car to manufacture, there are lots tests, car is full of state of art technology, testing processing is really long, employees are highly qualified and this lists goes more and more. It is not easy to make cars go fast for very long time and it is quite hard to sell them for reasonable price!
Like the cars, its books are very expensive also. I really don’t know the reason but some of them are really expensive. Opus Media Group recently released a Ferrari with four editions; first one is the cheap one  $4100 (4100 copies), second one is The Cavallino Rampante edition $7000 (500 copies) and signed by Ferrari guys, third one is Enzo Edition $37 500 (400 copies) and comes with leather plus carbon fibre, signed by all living F1 drivers and lastly Diamond edition $275 000 and limited one for each country (est. 192 copies), there are 1500 stones of diamonds on Ferrari Horse, weighs 37 kg (more money, more weight), Luca di Montezemelo signed each book (I would prefer son of Enzo Ferrari’s signature), lastly you can have chance to win a 2005 F1 car from Ferrari!
If you are got bored of Ferrari’s model range, have lots of money, and don’t know what to do after doing everything. You can buy the heaviest and most expensive Ferrari book and start developing your literature background. Keep in mind this book, can destroy your desk! 37 kg! Also, try to find a insurance firm for this books, it is more expensive than many cars on street!

Mercedes G Class vs. Ferrari FF (Follow Ferrari)

Since I started blogging, Mercedes always provided me something to write. Thanks to their marketing and engineers, I always found something and honestly I am sure some of them are not adored by Mercedes too!
Recently Ferrari decided to introduce interesting materials by starting a car called as FF, in terms of Twitter world this mean “Follow Friday” or we amend to “Follow Ferrari”. Since the live press conference which was heavily involved with a word called “innovative”, offered excellent materials for me.
And Ferrari did not stop this! They introduce a very unusual footage of FF. And this footage is very similar to Mercedes’s the one and only coolest vehicle G Class’s advertisement. In both videos scenery starts with snow and both of the vehicles are doing artistic moves on snow. For G Class, that’s something really normal. Because, that’s designed for that! However jumping and sliding on snow with a Ferrari is really “innovative”. I salute the Ferrari marketing team.
I hope that they won’t reveal a bullet proof FF, as a result of innovative technology!

Ferrari with Tilting Rear Seats

In recent weeks lots of things were written about the new Ferrari FF. But I would like highlight only one sentence from Montezemolo;
“…you can increase the luggage capacity by tilting the rear seats…”
I have nothing to add to this sentence! A Ferrari with 800lt of luggage capacity. Just watch the last ten minutes of the YouTube video. And my proposal for Ferrari FF optional kit, a tow bar!

Ferrari Estate: FF

This years Geneva Motor Show has something really interesting, actually something really unexpected. It is the Ferrari FF!
Ferrari new very innovative four wheel drive, four seater car with 800 lt of boots space. It is really unbelievable see a Ferrari with this kind of huge boots space.
Unfortunately this is the fate of every fast. I don’t know why but high performance is now being associated with huge boot space. I think people are get bored changing car and they want to something which can do everything.
This weird addition started with Audi rs6, then Mercedes E63 and BMW M5 and Ferrari FF. Okay, except Ferrari FF the rest of these cars are estate but when you consider the traditional size of a Ferrari, ff is an estate.
