Mercedes-Benz C11 | Schumacher’s Group C Car

At Autosport International 2015, there was a very iconic racing car, Mercedes-Benz C11. C11 was Michael Schumacher’s car for the Group C racing during the 1990. C11 was one of the very important racing cars at Schumacher’s career and it was the first time I had the chance to see it. During 1990s, Schumacher was a very young driver and we didn’t know him well. I can only remember his face with C11 through black and white photographs.
I feel really lucky to see this car!
The C11 was powered by a 5-lt V8 with twin turbos and generating 950 HP. The engine was coupled with a sequential 5-speed gearbox.

New Mercedes C-Class with Michael Schumacher | Intelligent Drive

New Mercedes C-Class with Michael Schumacher. Don’t worry, Schumacher is not trying achieve sub 7-min Nürburgring lap or burnout. Actually, Schumacher is empashsing the new Intelligent Drive technology of Mercedes C-Class.
Mercedes is notorious of making dull looking cars packed up with highest technology. In terms of gadget world, we can call them ugly and useful gadgets. And the new C-Class follows the rule. The new C-Class looks exactly the same as the E-Class but packed up with the S-Class safety technology.
Long story short, the new C-Class is capable of identifying what is going around the vehicle and has the capability to drive by itself, stop by itself, steer by itself. I think the new Mercedes C-Class will be the most developed vehicle on its segment.

Schumachers’ Pit Stop Incidents DTM and Formula 1

Ralf Schumacher recently injured four crew members without any intention during the last DTM race. I am sure most of you watched the footage on internet or TV.  Lucky, no one is serious injured.
When I watched the footage, I remember a similar incident from Michael Schumacher during his career in Ferrari Formula 1 team. Nearly 12 years ago, Michael Schumacher caused an incident in pit similar to his brother. I remember the incident but cannot remember the cause of the incident. Most probably, Schumacher was told to go before the pit was finished.

As you can see, the pit crew has a very hard and dangerous life!

Schumacher and Rosberg Built a Mercedes AMG Engine

Schumacher and Rosberg decided to build a Mercedes AMG engine. Building a Mercedes AMG engine is a real tough job and I am sure it is not that easy as it seen on TV. Hopefully, Mercedes recoded the moment of the engine built by Schumacher and Rosberg.
Schumacher and Rosberg built a V8 twin-turbo 5.5-lt, 557 PS AMG engine for Mercedes CLS 63 AMG Shooting Brake model.
Schumacher and Rosberg are great Formula 1 pilots, I hope their engine will be as robust as them. Also, they can open their workshop after retirement :)

A great video from Mercedes-Benz

Today I was a bit tired and was not planning to post anything for today. However, I could not stop myself when I saw the best video ever shot by the Mercedes-Benz. Yes, they made it!!! After many years, they manage to make something really original and funny and including Schumacher :)
Here it is! My opinion for the driver, of course Schumacher. He is the best on any weather and surface condition, unfortunately his car is not as good as him. Additionally, Rosberg can have all the points in the world but he cannot have more than Schumacher :)

Agent Provocateur, Gucci, Dior and Nürburgring

When you look at an advertisement on magazine with great looking people you dive into a different world. Agent Provocateur lingerie with charming girls motivates to buy them and that advertisement gives the impression of “you will look like this” or Gucci advertisement with great looking man in a great looking suit gives the same message, Dior, Channel, Paul Smith and so on. The function of advertisement is very clear, give a message and motivate consumption, we all know this and we love to ignore it :)
What about the German town Nürburg? Nürburgring is the longest and toughest race track on earth. You could spot any kind of prototype is driven by its limits. This circuit is a open laboratory for automotive world. As its reputation grow day by day and the power of word-of-mouth, it turn into a dream for anyone who loves cars. Porsche, Nissan, Ferrari, Renault, Ford announcing their new records for their sports car. And always the circuit lap time is going down and down and down and down. Actually in order to understand what does that new time means, you should study one year for every kind of lap time :)
When you buy the car with that superb lap time, you think that you can do it with you novice driving skill. Of course no ! One of the other ugly truth of cars. Unless your name is Schumacher or you are a former F1 driver, that lap time could happen in your dreams.
Like fashion advertisements, what you see is just dream :) We just buy a dream to live with it, so lets enjoy it ;)

Schumacher is back :O

Schumacher signed a deal with Mercedes for next year’s season. It was obvious that he was willing to return to F1. As he still has the potential he wants to use it in F1 instead of on top of the motorcycles.
Next year, he will be driving Brawn F1 car and as we all know from last season Button won F1 with that car. So what will happen next? We will have a flashbacks of Schumacher. Last corner Schumacher is coming !!!
Good for Mercedes, for long time they were trying to hire Schumacher, now they have achieved.
